Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In order to maintain the highest quality standards of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to certain nature of events. All sales are therefore final.

Tracking Info

SHIPPING POLICY

Allow 2-5 business days for USPS to process and ship out your package. Tracking number will be provided after your order is fulfilled.

Please note all Wholesale orders a 50% deposit must be made before receiving your product. Allow 5-7 business days for your order to reach you.

Orders will be fulfilled same or next day after purchase and then will be sent out with USPS.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT EACH PRODUCT THAT IS MADE IS MADE SINGLE HANDEDLY AND WE TRY OUR BEST TO REACH OUR DEADLNE AND GET YOUR ORDERS OUT.

Returned mail:
Customers will be required to pay shipping costs for any mail that is returned. Please make sure that all shipping information is correct before placing an order.

Once your order has been shipped, please contact the carrier for any additional information regarding delivery times and dates.

Wrong Address

If a invalid address was submitted during check out, your items will be returned for repurchase if still available. Items will not be put on hold. So please make sure you have the correct information before your purchase.

Damaged Product

We are not liable for any damaged items. However, please contact us via

You will have 48 hours to do so, upon the delivery of your item. Please include extensive photos & videos of the damage.

So we can properly access the situation and cater to the problem to find the solution.
